No. Accord Education gives practical education support, not legal advice. Where legal advice is needed, I will say so and point you towards an appropriate specialist.

Most schools welcome a calm, well prepared supporter when the purpose is clear. I aim to keep communication constructive, focused on the child and respectful of the school process.

I can provide practical support around communication, preparation and school processes where SEND is part of the wider situation. I do not provide specialist SEND advice myself. Where needed, I can help connect you with appropriate specialist support.

Accord Education is based in the West Midlands and can support families across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall and surrounding areas. Some support can also be provided remotely.

The free 15-minute call is a short conversation to understand what is happening and whether I may be able to help. There is no obligation. If paid support is appropriate, the work and fee are agreed before anything starts.

Fees depend on the support needed. I will explain the likely work involved and agree the fee with you in advance, so there are no unexpected costs.

Where appropriate, I can help you prepare for meetings and may be able to attend with you. The aim is to keep the discussion clear, calm and focused on a constructive next step.
